Candidate Profile:
1. Manage and execute end to end recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target
hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates for varied IT skills.
2. Handling End-to-End Recruitment processes
3. Use various job boards effectively to identify and recruit qualified candidates
4. Scheduling and coordinating interviews of the candidates with the client
5. Follow up with the selected candidates.
6. Coordinating with the team to resolve clients/candidate queries
7. Responsible for handling activities/tasks allocated by the TL
8. Good spoken and written communication skill
9. Very strong PC and Organization Skills
10. Ability to work independently
